Orders
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also contact us with your Order ID and email/phone.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We can help if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 94611 11199) or contact us ASAP with your Order ID.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
Please check your spam folder and verify the email at checkout. If still missing, WhatsApp us with your name, phone, and approximate order time.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours on business days. Peak periods or pre-order styles may take a bit longer.
How long does delivery take within India?
Typically 2–7 business days depending on your pincode and courier serviceability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Transit times vary by destination (usually 5–12 business days). Duties/taxes are charged by your country and are not collected by Gulabae.
Note: International orders are generally final sale except for verified defects/incorrect items.

Sizes & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide with measurements in inches & cm. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
Do your styles run true to size?
We grade from XS–6XL and test across body types. Structured styles feel snugger than high-stretch knits—check “Fit Notes” on the product page.
Can I talk to a stylist?

Payments & COD
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking, and popular wallets. Options may vary by country at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available on eligible products and pincodes within India. Limits and a nominal handling fee may apply at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital gift cards are available. They’re delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout.
Fabric & Care
How do I care for my Gulabae pieces?
- Check the care label on the garment first.
- Prefer gentle cold wash; avoid harsh detergents and long soaks.
- Dry in shade; avoid direct high heat. Steam or low-iron if needed.
Colors look different on my screen—why?
Lighting and screen calibration may cause mild variance. We aim to represent colors as accurately as possible; refer to product descriptions and videos if available.
